Who are we?
In 1776, the Declaration of Independence declared America an independent country, in which “All men are created equal” and “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,” including “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” For the next eight years, men and women in the Thirteen Colonies united, fought and won a hard war against oppression for freedom. After, they created the Constitution to govern themselves and protect these rights. We’ve had to continuously fight for them in hot and cold wars since, from slavery in the Civil War to fascism in World War II, to the spread of Communism in the Cold War to today, where we’re now fighting an Information War against dark armies on digital battlefields.
We formed American Patriots (Ampats) to continue protecting these rights and traditional American values. We value Freedom, Family, Justice and Independence, and believe that the Constitution, which has helped us navigate challenges, spread liberty and create opportunity for over two hundred years, defends these. We believe every race and gender is created equal and born free, and that Americans should be given the opportunity to say, do and become who they want, through their own ingenuity and hard work.
Our goal is to create a community of like-minded Patriots who can share facts, avoid censorship, organize and counter far-left and far-right factions who threaten the Constitution and traditional American way of life. We want to unite to protect our freedoms, families and homes from a new wave of insidious threats. We’re particularly concerned about the increasing rise of socialism, communism, censorship and misinformation that malicious actors are using on social media platforms to accumulate power by twisting truth and manipulating emotions that divide and denigrate America’s foundation from within. America is a great nation full of good people, but we’re under attack and frequently can’t see it. The media is manipulating us, and our programs are programming you.
Together, however, we can build a better country, like our Forefathers and Foremothers did before us, for ourselves and our children, from the Everglades to Appalachia, from the Great Lakes to the Great Planes, from Big Texas to Big Sky and across the Mighty Rockies, the border deserts, the Alaskan frontiers and the rest of the Great American West.
